Instructions:

To apply or renew membership, complete the Registration form on the left first and then go to one of our meetings to make your $5 payment by cash or check and you will receive a Membership Sticker placed on the back of your Village ID Card.  NOTE: There is a private policy (see VCC Private Policy for details).  If you are having trouble completing the form, please print it, complete it as best you can, bring it to a meeting; and we will do the registration.

 

Membership Update:

If you are already registered and your contact information has changed, please contact us at one of our meetings and we will update your information.

 

New Villages ID Card:

If you are already registered and you receive a new Villages ID card, please contact us at one of our meetings. We will update your information and apply a new membership sticker to your new Villages ID Card.
