How to Join the E-mail Announcements
When you join the Email Announcements, you receive an e-mail about once a week that notifies you of the next meeting and any special announcements about computers, etc. If you have a default e-mail setup on your browser and you click on this link: TheVCC-subscribe@yahoogroups.com Your e-mail opens and all you have to do is send it and you receive an e-mail with a link to verify your request and then you will join the announcements group. Note - the e-mail may be in your Spam/Junk folder. When you click on it and your e-mail does not open, then you should right click on the link and click on Copy Email Address (see image on the right column). You then open your e-mail (like the sample on the right column), and then right click on the line of the e-mail your are going to send and click on paste and then send the e-mail and you receive an e-mail with a link to verify your request and then you will join the announcements group.
